My big brother.... Todd was the big Brother I always looked up to, so many things he taught me over the years and so many things we shared. Todd was not only my big brother, but was always there as my best friend. He was the sole reason I became a tree man and have practiced aboriculture for 50 years.

From the first day I saw him up in a tree, I knew I wanted to be like Todd and that was my calling. We were partners in the tree business for well over 25 years, whether it was for ourselves or someone else, we worked together every day. That is a gift I hold near and dear to my heart. Guardian tree, Scarcia tree, Brubaker tree and Savatree. He was my wing man and I was his, when we worked together, it was like watching a ballet.

Todd was a hero, a dedicated Marine, he served our great country in Vietnam and always spoke highly of his fellow Marines. I was able to meet many of them. A determined and dedicated athlete, who competed in countless marathons. I was very proud and would often follow him online as he ran mile after mile.

A dedicated husband to Kay and father to Geoffrey and David. He was so proud of both of them and their accomplishments. I will forever memories of our trips to Shea Stadium, Yankee Stadium and other places, our rainy day trips to New York, trading stocking stuffers, our love for deep sea fishing, all the things you would do with your best friend. His empathy and kindness was unmatched.

My heart is broken, selfishly, and for his family, but his memories will last forever, and that is the gift he left us, Until we meet again, thank you for everything you did for me. I love you. 🌲
